QURC ("we", "us") provides mobile key fob duplication services in Kelowna and Victoria, BC. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short on purpose.

What we collect

When you book an appointment or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone number, postal code or address, and any details you provide about your fob. We do not store the cryptographic contents of your fob beyond what is required to complete your appointment.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and complete your appointment, communicate about your booking, process payment, and respond to support requests. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Where it lives

Booking submissions are processed through our scheduling provider and stored in our internal database. Email correspondence with support@qurc.ca is retained for service history and dispute resolution.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@qurc.ca and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
