First is $30, all additional are $15/ea.

FAQ:

Can any fob be copied?

MOST key fobs can be copied but unfortunately not all can be. In the case that yours can not be, there will be no charge onto you for the appointment. Note: If there is a pin code associated with your key fob it is unlikely that it can be copied

What warranty is included?

No questions asked warranty is available for the first key fob. All subsequent key fob issues will be done on a case-by-case basis. If it is apparent that if your key fob has experienced significant physical damage it might not be covered under warranty. In the case it is not covered, a $15 charge will cover the replacement.
